摘要
富含亮氨酸重复序列和免疫球蛋白结构域的Nogo受体作用蛋白-1(Lingo-1)在神经元与少突胶质细胞修复、神经突延长、轴突再生等过程中,通过NgR/p75/Lingo-1或NgR/TROY/Lingo-1、WNK1、Myt1与Myt1l等通路发挥明确的负性调节作用,阻断Lingo-1及其通路可促进损伤的中枢神经系统再生,提示Lingo-1有可能成为治疗神经精神系统疾病的新靶点。
Leucine- rich repeat and Ig domain -containing, nogo receptorinteracting protein- 1 ( Lingo - 1 ) has a definite negative regulating effect through the pathways of NgR/p75 / lingo - 1 or NgR/TROY/lingo-1, WNK1, Mytl and Mytll during neuronal and oligodendrocyte repair, neurite extension, axon regeneration, etc. Blocking Lingo - 1 and its pathway can promote the regeneration of damaged central nervous system, suggesting that lingo - 1 may become a new target for treatment and neuropsychiatric diseases.
