摘要
对低品位、难选的广西某氧化铜矿的分选工艺进行研究,采用硫酸浸出—铁粉置换—浮选—磁选工艺流程分选铜矿物和磁铁矿,较好的综合回收了铜、金、银、铁等金属。闭路试验可获得铜精矿含铜18.92%、含金5.48 g/t、含银357 g/t,铜、金、银的回收率分别为86.02%、60.18%、64.18%;铁精矿含铁64.12%,产率为18.93%。
The separation process of low grade refractory copper oxide ore in Guangxi was studied. The process of sulfuric acid leaching-iron powder replacement-copper floatation-magnetic separation was adopted for this ore. The test achieved good results in the comprehensive recovery of Cu,Au,Ag,Fe from the ore. Closed circuit test indicators: copper concentrate contains copper 18. 92%,gold 5. 48 g/t,silver 357 g/t. The recovery rate of copper,gold and silver was respectively 86. 02%,60. 18%,64. 18%; iron concentrate contains iron 64. 12% with the yield of 18. 93%.
