摘要 对高硫高砷的锡尾矿的矿石性质、工艺矿物学、尾矿中金属元素的赋存状态及共生特性等进行了分析。根据锡尾矿的矿石特性进行了分选工艺流程及浮选药剂的研究,确定采用"磁选—浮选—重选—浮选"联合分选的工艺流程,取得较好的选矿指标,达到了综合回收利用的目的。 In this paper,ore properties,technological mineralogy,the occurrence of the metal elements were analyzed for the high sulphuric and arsenic tin tailings. According to the ore characteristics of tin tailings,the separation process flow and flotation reagents were studied. The combined separation process of " magnetic separation-floatation-heavy separation-flotation " was used for the tin tailings and good mineral processing performance and comprehensive recovery were achieved in the process.
