摘要 甘肃天水某金矿以黄铁矿、磁铁矿为主,金主要赋存在硫化矿中。为综合回收利用该矿石,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用磨矿—选硫—选铁,并将金(银)富集在黄铁矿中的工艺流程,可获得金品位43.11 g/t、金回收率98.97%,银品位133.30 g/t,银回收率99.76%的金精矿,全铁品位62.00%,全铁回收率11.56%的铁精矿,较好地实现了该金矿的综合回收。 In the gold ore,pyrite and magnetite are main sulphide minerals,and gold mainly exists in the sulphide minerals. Experiments of mineral processing research were carried out for the efficient exploitation of the ore. The preferential flotation flowsheet of grinding-sulfur floatation-magnetic separation of iron was adopted,through which gold was enriched in pyrite. Finally it got the gold concentrate with gold grade of 43. 11 g/t and gold recovery of 98. 97%,in which silver grade is 133. 30 g/t with its recovery of 99. 76%; also got iron concentrate with iron grade of 62. 00%,and iron recovery of 11. 56%. It realized comprehensive recovery of gold ore.
