摘要
叶轮是浮选机的动力输出部件,存在着由于湍流诱发的非线性振动问题。采用基于计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics-CFD)方法,数值预测KYF型浮选机流场的速度及压力分布,并得到其波动规律。对叶轮叶片表面所受流体力进行分析,揭示了浮选机搅拌叶轮流体力波动规律,并进一步探讨了叶轮转速对浮选机叶轮表面流体力的波动特性的影响。
The impeller exists many non-linear vibration problems as the power output component. This article focus on the oscillation of velocity and the distribution of pressure in the flotation cell to get the fluctuation law based on computational fluid dynamics method. Research the fluid force worked on the impeller face to understand the mechanism of shaft system vibration. The fluid force oscillation regular pattern of flotation machine blades affected by the rotating speed have been studied.
