摘要
概述了CATIA软件有限元分析过程,应用虚拟部件简化舱门打开机构,使复杂的装配部件的有限元分析简化为单个零件的有限元分析。在理想误差范围内,将CATIA软件的有限元模拟结果与NASTRAN软件模拟结果比对分析,针对CATIA软件分析得到的应力集中数据,提出了供设计参考的数据处理方法,并通过试验验证该方法具有一定的有效性,对结构设计人员具有一定的参考价值。
The CATIA finite element analysis( FEA) process was summarized,virtual parts were used to simplify the finite element model of door-opening mechanism,and then the complicated FEA of door-opening mechanism was simplified to FEA of single part. Within the ideal range of transfer error,the results from CATIA FEA and NASTRAN were compared and analyzed. Based on stress concentration data by CATIA,a data processing method was presented for design,and a test was carried out to validate the method,which could provide some valuable references to structure designers.
