摘要
通过开展不同烘烤模式下对比试验,对比框式散叶烘烤模式与常规挂杆烘烤技术,试验结果表明:在减工降本方面,采用框式散叶辅助进烤装置可以有效提高人均劳动效率,每公顷减少烘烤环节用工19.95个;在提高烤房装烤容量方面,采用独立烟框进行装烤可以有效提高烤房容量28%左右;在对烤后烟叶影响方面,框式散叶烘烤在一定程度上对提高烟叶单叶重及外观质量有促进作用,对提高烟叶上等烟比例也有一定作用;在对烟叶内在化学成分影响方面,框式散叶烘烤对进一步促进烟叶内在化学成分协调方面有积极作用。综合表明,框式散叶烘烤技术在实际应用中有着提质增效,减工降本的重要作用,同时,还存在一定完善空间。
This paper aims to explore the new auxiliary device on the flue-cured tobacco loose leaf baking.This experiment contrast the new frame type loose leaf baking mode and conventional tobacco baking mode.The results showed that the new frame type loose leaf baking mode can effectively improve the per capita efficiency of labor,it can reduce 19.95 the hireling of baking process segment per hectare.In terms of improving the capacity of the roasting room,the new frame type loose leaf baking mode can effectively improve the capacity 28% of the roasting room.In the aspect of flue-cured tobacco,frame type loose leaf baking in a certain extent to improve the appearance quality of tobacco leaf and the tobacco simple leaf weight,it also has a certain effect on increasing the proportion of tobacco leaves.In the influence on inherent chemical composition of tobacco leaves,the new frame type loose leaf baking mode has a positive effect on further promoting the coordination of chemical composition of tobacco leaves.Analysis show that the new frame type loose leaf baking mode play an important role on improve the quality and synergism and cut down employees.At the same time,there is still some perfect space.
