摘要
研究9YG-1.3型捆草机造型设计因素及现状,从使用功能、结构、形态和作业环境,结合工业设计理论的造型设计原则、应用色彩心理学及人机工程学理论,提出造型优化设计方案。优化后的捆草机解决维修需要频繁拆卸罩件的问题,增加使用安全性和维护便利性,降低装配难度,增加产品的立体感和机械感,提高产品安全性、易维护性,实现更合理的人机匹配和使用功能,同时符合现代审美。
Based on the research of 9 YG-1.3 baler machine design factors and current situation,this paper proposes a plan of model optimization in regard of function,structure,shape and working environment combining such industrial design theories as design principles,color psychology and ergonomics theory etc.The optimized baler machine solves the problem of frequent disassembly of the hood when repairing it and offers an access to easy assembly,use and maintenance,increased safety,a better human-machine matching with modern sense of aesthetics.
