摘要
以YJH195中等型号冲焊型液力变矩器涡轮外环滚铆加工为研究对象,开发设计了一台液力变矩器叶片固定滚铆机。通过经验公式算取滚铆力,着重描述了滚铆工艺分析、整机采用立式焊接结构、滚铆头和工装夹具设计等。滚铆机的设计与研究,可对汽车液力变矩器的制造技术和应用具有一定的促进作用。
This paper takes YJH195 medium type punching type hydraulic torque converter turbine outer ring rolling riveting processing as the research object,and develops and designs of a hydraulic torque converter blade fixed rolling riveting machine.Through the empirical formula to calculate the rolling riveting force,this article has a detailed satement on the analysis from the rolling riveting process,the machine adopts vertical welding structure,rolling riveting head and fixture design and so on.For the design and research of rolling riveting machine,it can promote the manufacturing technology and application of hydraulic torque converter.
