基于PMAC与LabVIEW的多轴联动电解加工机床控制系统开发 被引量:3

摘要 针对电解加工机床低速进给高精度、高稳定性的运动要求,采用PC+PMAC的开放式数控系统结构,使用Lab VIEW作为上位机软件开发平台,对多轴联动运动控制系统进行开发,设计了人性化的操作界面。通过对PMAC控制卡PID控制原理的分析,对系统的稳态响应和动态特性进行了调试。结果表明所开发的控制系统跟随误差较小、响应迅速、控制过程稳定,有效地提高了电解加工机床的性能,能够满足高精度和高质量的加工要求。 Aiming at the need of high precision and high stability motion requirements for low speed feed of ECM machine tools,an open CNC system structure of PC and PMAC is designed.The system uses Lab VIEW as the software development platform of the upper computer,the multi axis synchronous control system is developed and the humanized operation interface is designed.Through the analysis of the PID control principle of the PMAC control card,the steady-state response and dynamic characteristics of the system are debugged.The result shows that the developed control system has a small following error,rapid response and stable control process,which effectively improves the performance of the electrochemical machining machine and meets the requirements of high accuracy and high quality machining.
