摘要
通过有限元分析方法,对滑枕不同伸出状态下滚珠丝杠预紧力及其平衡油缸支撑力对滑枕共同作用进行仿真,得出了滑枕伸长与加工精度误差的对应关系。并提出了通过实施反变形工艺,对滑枕进行修整从而提高机床加工精度的改进方法。总结部分提出的建议能够大大提高该结构类型机床刀架的加工精度可靠性,具有一定的实际应用价值。
This paper through the finite element analysis method,the ram out under the condition of different ball screw preload and balance cylinder supporting force to simulate the interaction of ram,the relation between the ram and the processing precision of elongation error.An improved method for improving the machining accuracy of the machine tool by repairing the ram is put forward.The suggestions put forward in this paper can greatly improve the machining accuracy and reliability of the machine tool holder of this type of structure,and have certain practical value.
