摘要
风筒属于薄壁类工件,尺寸大而壁厚仅6 mm,由于其刚性差、强度弱、易变形的特点,不易保证工件的加工质量。为此主要从选取合适机床、工件装夹、工装设计、工艺合理优化方面进行研究,有效克服薄壁类零件加工过程中容易出现的变形问题,保证加工精度。
Drum belongs to the thin-walled( 6 mm) parts,because of its poor rigidity,weak strength,easy to deform characteristics,it is not easy to ensure the quality of parts processing.This paper mainly introduces suitable machine tools,workpiece clamping,tooling design,reasonable process optimization research to effectively overcome the deformation during processing thin-walled parts,to ensure the processing accuracy.
