Design of automatic cutting machine for automobile sunroof sealing strip

摘要 基于汽车天窗密封条盘料中含连接件部分无法使用的特殊性,设计了自动识别和抛弃废料的下料机,主要包括供料装置、检测装置、下料装置和弃料装置等结构与基于PLC的控制系统。之后对自动下料机与人工下料方式进行对比,结果表明:自动下料机整体性能优越,下料速度为116~138unit/h,满足汽车装配流水线需求。同时操作人员工作负荷降低22.8%,加工成本下降3%,合格率提升4.8%。 According to the particularity of car skylight sealing strip plate material which contained fitting parts cannot be used,the design of automatic cutting machine which can identify and abandon the fitting parts is introduced,including structures such as feeding device,cutting device,detection device and abandon device.The control system based on PLC is designed.The results show that the overall performance of automatic cutting machine is superior to artificial way.The cutting speed is 116 ~ 138 unit/hour,which meets the demand of automobile assembly line.Besides that,the operator workload fell by 22.8%,processing costs fell by 3%,percent of pass improved by 4.8%.
