以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出了一系列有关中国特色社会主义经济发展的新理念新思想新战略,形成了相互联系、相互依存、有机统一的科学完整的习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想,将我们党对社会主义经济建设规律的科学把握提升到了一个新境界,丰富和发展了马克思主义政治经济学,是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的最新成果。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想博大精深、系统完整,该文在课题组前期研究成果基础上,初步探讨习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想体系。该文分为上下两篇,下篇重点探讨习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济制度理论、经济体制理论、现代化经济体系理论和国际发展战略理论。

The CPC central committee,with the General Secretary Xi Jinping at its core,has put forward a series of new ideas and strategies on the development of the socialist economy with Chinese characteristics,and has formed the scientific and complete thought of the socialist economy with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which raised our party＇s scientific understanding of the law of socialist economic construction to a new level.The thought has enriched and developed Marxist political economy,and become the latest achievement of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.This paper is divided into two parts,and this part focuses on the on the economic system theory,economic structural theory,modernization economic system theory and international development strategy theory of the socialism with Chinese characteristics in Xi Jinping＇s new era.
