海南槟榔黄化现象与除草剂残留关系初探 被引量:4

摘要 运用高效液相色谱法检测海南不同地区槟榔园土样中草甘膦和2,4-D丁酯残留情况,并对该方法的准确性进行了验证。结果表明:采自具有不同程度黄化现象的槟榔园,其土样中未能检测到草甘膦和2,4-D丁酯的残留。 The residues of glyphosate and 2, 4-D butyl ester in areca garden soil in different areas of Hainan were detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), and the detection method was optimized. The test results showed that the residues of glyphosate and 2, 4-D butyl were not detected in the soil samples from the areca garden with yellowing leaves appearance.
