一种U型电极红细胞与血小板微分离装置

摘要 介电泳技术作为近些年发展起来的技术,在细胞分离方面有重大影响,本研究以红细胞与血小板混合液为研究对象,通过在微流体通道上不同位置施加电极,产生不均匀电场,由于细胞自身的性质不同,会向着不同的方向运动,这样就可实现红细胞与血小板的分离。数值模拟结果显示,所设计微流体通道能够很好的实现不同半径大小的细胞分离,该结论可以为微流控芯片细胞分离结构设计提供理论参考。 Dielectrophoresis technology is a new technology developed in recent years, it has significant influence in cell separation. In this study, erythrocyte and blood platelets mixture are the research object.By applying the electrode on microfluidic channels in different position, producing non-uniform electric field, because the cells themselves have different properties, they move to different directions, so that we can separation the erythrocyte and blood platelets. Numerical simulation results shows that the microfluidic channels can achieve different radius of the cell separation, the conclusion can provide theoretical reference for microfluidic chip cell separation structure design.
