双孢蘑菇新品种筛选试验与示范研究 被引量:2

摘要 从福建省农业科学院引进2个双孢蘑菇新品种(W192和福蘑38),对其进行品比试验及示范研究,以As2796为对照,比较其产量、菇质、形态特征等,分析其在闽南地区的种植适应性。品比试验结果显示2个新菌株的菌丝长势和菇质均要优于对照。规模示范栽培结果显示福蘑38平均产量为18.4 kg/m2,比对照增产7.9%。菌种播种后萌发快,出菇早,转潮较明显;子实体多单生,平均单粒重23.6 g,子实体结实,不易开伞,鲜菇商品性状明显优于对照。由此可见,双孢蘑菇新菌株福蘑38可以在闽南地区推广种植。 Two new strains of mushroom Agaricus bisporus(W192 and Fumo 38) were introduced from the Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences for trial and demonstration. The comparison trial and demonstration were carried out to investigate the cultural adaptability of these two mushroom strains in South Fujian with the mushroom strain As2796 as control(CK). The yield, quality and morphological characteristics of the two strains of A. bisporus were observed and compared with the control. The results showed that the two new mushroom strains had better mycelium growth and higher quality than the control. The scale-up demonstration culture of the new strains of mushrooms showed that the Fumo 38 produced an average yield of 18.4 kg/m^2, increasing by 7.9% compared with that of the control. The new strains of mushrooms germinated rapidly and were harvested earlier with a short inter-flush period and small clusters of mushrooms. The fruiting body was single and stout and weighed 23.6 g/body, and it delayed parachuting. The commodity characteristic of the fresh mushrooms of these two strains was obviously superior to that of the control. The new strain of A. bisporus Fumo 38 could be cultured in the south region of Fujian.
