Palladium-Catalyzed Direct o-Nitrification of Azobenzenes with Co(NO_3)_2·6H_2O via C—H Activation

摘要 开发了一种通过钯催化C—H活化法将偶氮苯转化成邻硝基偶氮苯衍生物的有效合成方法,它是以廉价易得的六水合硝酸钴作为硝化源,以较高收率得到了多种o-硝基偶氮苯. An efficient protocol for conversion of azobenzenes into their ortho-nitro derivatives via palladium-catalyzed C-H bond activation has been developed. Commercially available and less expensive Co(NO3)2·6H2O was used as the nitrification reagent. Various o-nitroazobenzenes were obtained in excellent yields.
