摘要
钢中大尺寸、高熔点、不易变形的脆性夹杂物以及酸溶铝,极易引起帘线钢在拉拔、合股过程中出现断丝现象。因此,夹杂物的研究与控制对提高帘线钢品质来说至关重要。将夹杂物控制在低熔点区域,提高其塑性是目前的研究热点。本文概述了帘线钢国内外生产工艺情况,阐述了帘线钢中夹杂物可塑性研究状况。总结了钙/镁变性、稀土变性以及严格控制钢中酸溶铝含量等方法,以期对夹杂物的控制有所借鉴。
The brittle inclusions with large size, high melting point and hard deformation and acid soluble aluminum in steel are very easy to cause the broken wire in the process of drawing and stranding of cord steel. Therefore, the study and control of inclusions to improve the quality of cord steel is very important. It is a hot spot to control inclusions in low melting point area and improve its plasticity. The production process of cord steel in China and other countries was summarized. The research status of inclusions plasticity in cord steel was described. The methods of calcium/magnesium denaturation, rare earth denaturation and strict control of the content of acid soluble aluminum in steel were summarized, so as to provide some reference.
