基于ProCAST的泵体底座低压铸造工艺分析 被引量:9

摘要 采用ProCAST软件对ZL104铝合金泵体底座低压铸造过程进行了数值模拟,根据流场和温度场预测了缺陷可能出现的区域并提出优化方案。采用两端底注式浇注系统并增加冒口使铸造缺陷位置转移至冒口位置,铸件合格率和质量有了很大提高。 The low pressure casting process of ZL104 aluminum alloy pump body base was numerically simulated by using ProCAST software. Based on the flow field and temperature field, the possible regions of the defects were predicted. The optimization scheme was also put forward. The casting defect position was transferred to the riser position by adopting the bottom gating system at both ends and increasing the riser. The qualified rote and quality of the castings are greatly improved.
