摘要
在强力旋压连杆衬套中,旋轮参数的选择以及相互之间的配合在实际生产中尤为重要。为了生产出质量更好的连杆衬套,必须确定错距旋压中的旋轮参数。本文利用Simufact有限元软件对锡青铜连杆衬套的成形过程进行了仿真,分析了连杆衬套在不同旋轮参数配合下的应力应变。结果表明:当旋轮轴向错距5 mm、旋轮工作角23°和旋轮工作圆弧半径4 mm时,强力旋压连杆衬套的旋压力稳定,工件变形均匀,精度高,成形质量好。结果能对锡青铜连杆衬套的研究和生产以及旋轮的设计提供参考。
In the power spinning of connecting rod bushing, the selection of rotational wheel parameters and cooperation between them are very important in the actual production. In order to produce connecting rod bushing with better quality, it is necessary to determine the rotational wheel parameters in stepped spinning. The forming process of the tin bronze connecting rod bushing was simulated by using Simufact finite element software. The stress and strain of the connecting rod bushing under different rotational wheel parameters were analyzed. The results show that when the axial offset of the rotational wheel is 5 mm, the working angle of the rotational wheel is 23° and the radius of the working arc radius of the rotational wheel is 4 mm, the spinning pressure in power spinning connecting rod bushing is stable, the workpiece deformation is uniform, the precision is high and the forming quality is good. The results can provide reference for the research and production of the tin bronze connecting rod bushing and the design of the rotational wheel.
