摘要
采用不同工艺对汽车活塞杆进行了挤压,并进行了耐磨损性能和冲击性能的试验与分析。结果表明,与常规挤压的优化工艺相比,超声振动挤压加工能使试样的磨损体积减小42%,冲击吸收功增大17%,试样的耐磨损性能和冲击性能得到显著提高。
The automobile piston rods were extruded by different processes. And the wear resistance and impact property of the piston rods were tested and analyzed. The results show that compared with the optimization process of conventional extrusion, ultrasonic vibration extrusion can make the wear volume decrease by 42% and the impact absorbing energy increase by 17%, ang the wear resistance and impact properties of the samples are significantly improved.
