摘要
工程油缸附件焊接容易引起刮滚后圆度超差,造成缸筒变形。从调整刮滚参数、不焊接附件、先焊缸底后焊附件、增加时效和精修缸筒孔口倒角五种工艺方案逐项论证,详细分析了因缸筒变形造成圆度超差的原因并制定相关控制措施。结果表明:增加时效和精修缸筒孔口倒角都可以有效控制缸筒附件焊接带来的热应力变形。但在保证圆度≤0.08 mm的情况下,与增加时效相比,采取精修缸筒孔口倒角措施既能减少时效、抛丸、底漆等工序,又可节约成本,提高生产效率。
The welding of engineering cylinder attachment is easy to cause roundness deviation after scraping and rolling, which leads to cylinder deformation. Five process schemes which were scraping and rolling parameter adjustment, non-welding of attachment, welding of attachment after welding of the bottom of the cylinder, increasing aging and finish cutting of cylinder orifice chamfer were demonstrated one by one. The reason of roundness deviation was analyzed in detail and relevant control measures were formulated. The results show that increasing aging and finish cutting of cylinder orifice chamfer can both effectively control thermal stress distortion caused by welding of cylinder attachment. But when the roundness ≤0.08 mm is guaranteed, compared with increase of aging, taking measures of finish cutting of cylinder orifice chamfer can not only reduce the process of aging, blasting and priming, etc, but also save cost and improve production efficiency,
