乙二醇反应器泄漏事故分析及对策

摘要 通过渗透探伤、材料化学成分分析、金相检测等方法对乙二醇反应器泄漏事故进行了调查、分析和研究。检测发现所有环缝均产生裂纹,且某些管段选用的材料不符合设计要求。研究证实乙二醇反应器泄漏的原因是由于晶间腐蚀裂纹;裂纹均产生于环缝的原因是由于环缝焊接工艺不当如热输入过大。割除反应器所有环缝,用改进的焊接工艺进行焊接修理。反应器重新投入使用后一年多至今运行良好。 With the aid of penetration inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallographic detection and other methods, the leakage accident of ethylene glycol reactor was investigated, analyzed and studied. Cracks were found in all circumferential weld, and the materials of some pipe sections do not conform to design requirements by detection. The research shows that the cause of leakage accident of ethylene glycol reactor is intergranular corrosion crack. The reason that the cracks occur in the circumferential weld is due to improper welding process such as excessive "heat input. All circumferential weld joints in the reactor were removed, and repair welding with improved welding process was carried out. The reactor had been operating well for more than a year since it was reapplied.
