摘要
代际差异问题的存在不利于社会融合,代际学习是解决代际差异问题的重要途径。本文分析了代际差异存在的原因并介绍了代际学习及其内涵的演进,在此基础上从缩小代际差异、发展老龄事业、分享社会资源方面分析了我国开展图书馆代际学习服务的必要性;通过大量案例总结了图书馆开展代际学习服务的策略,包括制订代际学习服务政策、开展代际交往活动、建设代际学习空间、进行代际信息素养教育、开展代际阅读活动等。
Intergenerational differences are not conducive to social integration, and intergenerational learning is an important way to solve intergenerational differences. This paper analyzes the causes of intergenerational differences, introduces the concept of intergen- erational learning and the stages of research progress. On this basis, this paper analyzes the necessity of carrying out intergeneration- al learning service in China, including narrowing intergenerational differences, developing the cause of aging, and sharing social re- sources. Through a large number of examples, this paper summarizes the service strategy of library to carry out the intergenerational learning, including; formulating policies on intergenerational learning services, carrying out intergenerational communication activi- ties, the construction of intergenerational learning space, carrying out the information literacy education for generations, carrying out intergenerational reading activities.
