摘要
铲运机的工作装置是一个反转六连杆机构,其机构特性决定了整体的运动性能和工作效率。首先分析设计了工作装置的8个设计变量,其次以转斗机构的传动比最大为目标函数,选择约束条件建立了合理的数学模型,最后采用线性递减权重粒子群算法(LDWPSO)在MATLAB软件中进行优化研究。优化结果显示线性递减权重粒子群算法比基本粒子群算法(PSO)寻优能力更强。
The working device of scraper is determine the overall motion performance a reversing-six-bar linkage,its structural characteristics and work efficiency. Firstly,according to the design requirements, 8 design variables can be set up. Secondly, taking the maximum transmission ratio of the rotary-bucket mechanism as the objective function and selecting the constraint conditions, a reasonable mathematical model can be established. Finally, the model can be optimized on linear decrement weight particle swarm optimization (LDWPSO) by using MATLAB. The optimization results show that the linear decreasing weight particle swarm optimization algorithm is more powerful than the basic particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO).
