摘要
现有的锚杆预紧技术主要靠对端部的螺母施加扭矩,从而形成预紧力,利用该方法实测预紧力和理论预紧力之间存在较大差距。介绍了一种锚杆精准预紧技术和配套关键实施结构,并对理论预紧力和实测预紧力进行了修正试验,得出了修正值。
The existing bolt pre-tightening technique mainly relies on the torque applied to the end nut to form a pre-tightening force. There is a large gap between the measured pre-tightening force and the theoretical pre-tightening force. An accurate bolt preloading technique and supporting key implementation structure are introduced. Corrective tests are performed on the theoretical preload and actual preload, and the correction values are obtained.
