摘要 高速切削高温合金材料时,采用单一变量原则,对改变刀具前角参数所得锯齿形切屑进行宏观、微观形态研究,记录加工过程产生的切削力和切削温度数值,实现高速切削加工锯齿形切屑形成机理研究。通过分析锯齿形切屑的形成结果,比较高速切削加工中不同切削参数对锯齿形切屑的影响,探究不同切削参数与切削力之间关系,间接得到切削力与锯齿形切屑形成的关系;通过分析高速切削下锯齿形切屑金相组织与切削温度,得出材料在第一变形区先靠近刀尖部位容易被破坏。 In the high-speed cutting of high-temperature alloy materials, the single-variable principle was used to study the macro- and micro-morphology of the sawtooth-shaped chips obtained by changing the parameters of the tool rake angle, and the cutting forces and cutting temperature values generated during the machining process were recorded to realize the study of sawtooth chip formation mechanism during high-speed machining. By analyzing the formation results of sawtooth chips, the effects of different cutting parameters on sawtooth chips in high speed machining were compared, and the relationship between different cutting parameters and cutting forces was explored, and the relationship between cutting forces and sawtooth chip formation was indirectly obtained; Cutting the metallographic structure and cutting temperature of the sawtooth-shaped chip, it can be concluded that the material is easily damaged near the tip of the tool in the first deformation zone.
