摘要
由于滑动定向钻井技术在煤炭定向钻井时存在钻进效率低、安全性差等问题,介绍了复合定向钻进技术,该技术采用定向钻机与螺杆钻具同时驱动钻头旋转,以实现高效钻进。由于钻机与螺杆同时转动,前人研究的螺杆控制井斜的力学特性结论不再完全符合现场施工结果。考虑了钻机转动时底部钻具组合受力特征,分析钻机转速、螺杆弯角、螺杆稳定器的安放位置以及上稳定器的安放位置对钻头侧向力的影响规律,从而指导复合定向钻井时现场施工作业,优化钻井参数,提高井眼轨迹控制的精度。
For the sliding directional drilling technology in underground coal mine,the efficiency and safety is poor,so the compound directional drilling technology is introduced. compound directional drilling technology,the directional drilling rig and positive displacemen drilling In this t motor rotate together,so the former research of mechanical behavior of positive displacement motor is no longer fully comply with site operation results. Considering the mechanical characteristics of BHA with directional drilling rig, uses weighted residual method to analyze BHA's force strained characters,and finally summarizes the effect of rotation speed of directional drilling rig,positive displacement motor bend angle, positive displacement motor stabilizer lay position, upper stabilizer lay position on bit lateral force, and uses these to guide welt site operation work, optimize drilling parameter and improve the hole trajectory control precision.
