摘要
为改善齿轮箱齿轮齿面接触应力分布,提高齿面接触疲劳强度,以某变速箱一级齿轮副为研究对象,介绍了齿轮齿廓及齿向修形原理,在此基础上采用Kisssoft仿真软件对减速箱一级齿轮进行了齿廓及齿向修形仿真分析。通过齿廓修形,得到了修形前后齿轮传动误差及接触应力的变化情况,通过计算多组不同齿向修形参数,得到了不同修形量对齿轮齿向载荷分布系数Khβ的影响规律。分析结果表明:适当的齿廓修形可使齿面接触平滑;适当齿向鼓形修形,能有效改善齿向载荷分布,优化接触斑点分布,降低齿面接触应力。
In order to improve the contact stress distribution of the gear teeth of an electric automobile gear-box, increase the contact fatigue strength of tooth surface. The main reducer gear pair of a small electric vehicle is taken as the object of study, introduces the principle of gear tooth profile and tooth to modification,the tooth shape and tooth repair of gear-box gear were analyzed by Kisssoft simulation software. By calculating multi group modification parameters. The influence of different modification quantities on the load distribution of the gear teeth is obtained. The result shows,proper tooth profile modification can smooth the contact stress ,proper tooth shape modification can effectively improve the load distribution of the teeth, optimized the contact spot and reduce the contact stress of the teeth.
