摘要
针对现有工艺采用人工手动逐片上料,单人操作单台设备,效率低下的问题。设计了一种机械板件自动上料装置,包含机台、升降系统、挡料系统、送板系统。通过送板系统包含的左右2个出料口,配合上料系统的2个料箱,实现上料与出料协同动作。采用该自动上料替代人工手动上料,优化了作业工序,减少了操作设备的时间,提高了生产效率。
Aiming at the problem of inefficient manual operation and manual operation, it is inefficient to operate single equipment includes machine platform, manually. A mechanical plate automatic lifting feeding device is designed ,which system,retaining system and mechanical plate feeding system. Through the left and right two discharge ports contained in the mechanical plate feeding system,and cooperate with the two boxes in the feeding system, tho coordinated operation of feeding and discharging is realized. Using the automatic feeding instead of manual feeding, the operation process is optimized, the operation time is reduced, and the production efficiency is increased.
