摘要
比较研究了研磨法、饱和水溶液法、冷冻干燥法、喷雾干燥法几种制备技术对山苍子油的β-环糊精微胶囊的制备效果,考察了不同制备技术对微胶囊的收率、包埋率、释放率的影响。SEM(scanning electronic microscope)观测了山苍子油(LCEO)微胶囊的表面形态,IR(Infrared Spectrum)检测了上述技术对山苍子油的包埋效果,得出了喷雾干燥法对山苍子油的包合率要好于冷冻干燥法、饱和水溶液法及研磨法。研究微胶囊的释放动力学,按照零级模型、一级模型、Higuchi模型分别对山苍子油微胶囊的释放进行拟合,获得了合适的动力学模型。结果表明:研磨法及喷雾干燥法制备的微胶囊的释放更符合零级模型,饱和水溶液法与冷冻干燥法制备的微胶囊的释放更符合一级模型。喷雾法制备的微胶囊对山苍子油的保护效果最好,可为工业研究提供一定的理论依据。
In this paper, LCEO (Litsea Cubeba essential oil) microcapsules were prepared using β-cyclodextrin as wall material by various preparation method such as grinding method,saturated solution method, freeze-drying method, spray drying method. The yield,encapsulation efficiency and release ratio of LCEO microcapsules were investigated. Surface morphology of microcapsules were observated using SEM, entrapment efficiency of microcapsules were detected using IR analysis. It was founded that entrapment efficiency of microcapsules using spray drying method was higher than other methods. The release data of microcapsules were fitted with zero order release kinetic, first order release equation, Higuchi release kinetic. suitable release kinetic equation were studied and obtained. The results showed that release datas of microcapsules using grinding method and spray drying method fitted with the zero order release kinetic, release datas of microcapsules using saturated solution method and freeze-drying method consistent with the first order kinetic. The microcapsules preparated by spray drying method have the best protective on LCEO ,which can provide certain theoretical basis for industrial research.
