摘要
目的观察山楂叶不同提取物对急性血瘀证模型大鼠血常规的影响。方法取Wistar雄性大鼠120只,随机分成正常组、模型组、阳性对照、山楂叶乙酸乙酯部位、2015版《中国药典》山楂叶大孔树脂提取物、山楂叶水饱和正丁醇部位和山楂叶50%乙醇提取物组,制作急性血瘀模型大鼠,测血常规指标。用主成分分析和单因素方差分析结合的方法分析数据。结果山楂叶4种不同提取物均能显著降低淋巴细胞百分比(%)、淋巴细胞数(10~9/L)和粒细胞数(10~9/L),能显著抑制血红蛋白(g/L)、红细胞平均体积(f L)和红细胞压积(L/L),对血小板总数(10~9/L)的异常改变也有明显改善作用。结论山楂叶4种不同极性的提取物能促进急性血瘀证大鼠血常规异常指标的恢复,有利于血液功能的调节。
Objective To observe the effect of different extracts of hawthorn leaves on blood routine in rats with acute blood stasis syndrome. Methods 120 Wistar male rats are randomly divided into normal group, model group, positive control group, ethyl acetate content of hawthorn leaves, 2015 ‘Chinese Pharmacopoeia'hawthorn leaf macroporous resin extract, hawthorn leaf water saturated n-butanol site and hawthorn leaves 50 % of the ethanol extract group, producing acute blood stasis model rats and determining blood routine indicators. The principal component analysis and single factor analysis of variance are used to observe and analyze the data. Results The four different extracts of hawthorn leaves can significantly reduce the percentage of lymphocytes, lymphocytes and granulocytes, and can significantly inhibit the hemoglobin, the average volume of red blood cells and hematocrit, and the abnormal changes of platelet count in platelets are also improved Role, but the platelet distribution width basically no effect. Conclusion The extracts of four different polarities of hawthorn leaves can promote the recovery of abnormal blood abnormalities in rats with acute blood stasis syndrome, which is beneficial to the regulation of blood function.
