基于中医传承辅助平台的含延胡索治疗痛经中成药组方规律分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的基于中医传承辅助平台分析和总结含延胡索治疗痛经中成药的组方规律。方法运用《中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5)》探寻《中药成方制剂》中含延胡索治疗痛经的中成药用药规律。结果提取含延胡索治疗痛经方剂42首,其中2味药核心组合延胡索-当归、3味药核心组合延胡索-当归-香附、4味药核心组合熟地黄-延胡索-当归-白芍、5味药的核心组合熟地黄-延胡索-川芎-当归-白芍的频度最高。结论治疗痛经中成药中妇科调经片,女宝胶囊、七制香附丸、种子三达丸、参茸鹿胎膏、女胜金丹、妇舒丸、女金糖浆、妇宝金丸等是合理使用核心药物组合的方剂,是以核心药物延胡索、当归、香附、川芎、白芍等之间的关联为基础而不断丰富扩展。 Objective To regularity analysis of Chinese patent medicine containing Corydalis Rhizoma treating dysmenorrhea based on ‘Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)'. Methods The TCMISS V2.5 is used to explore the drug rule of Chinese patent medicine containing the Corydalis Rhizoma in the treatment of dysmenorrhea. Results All 42 prescriptions containing Corydalis Rhizoma in treating dysmenorrhea are screened, the core drug pairs Corydalis Rhizoma and Angelicae Sinensis Radix, three herbs Corydalis Rhizome, Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Cyperi Rhizoma, four herbs Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, Corydalis Rhizome, Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba, five herbs Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, Corydalis Rhizome, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba, are show the highest frequency. Conclusion The prescriptions of Fu Ke Tiao Jing Tablet, Nv Bao Capsule, Qi Zhi Xiang Fu Pill, Zhong Zi San Da Pill, Shen Rong Lu Tai Gao, Nv Sheng Jin Dan, Fu Shu Pill, Nv Jin sirup, Fu Bao Jin Pill in Chinese Patent Medicine Prescriptions Dictionary are the prescriptions for the rational use of the core drug combination, the associations between herbs are enriched gradually on the foundation of the association between core drugs including Corydalis Rhizome, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Cyperi Rhizome, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Paeoniae Radix Alba and others.
