养心汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛血瘀证患者临床观察

Clinical Research on Yang Xin Tang Traditional Chinese Medicine Treat Unstable Angina Pectoris Patients with Blood Stasis

目的探讨养心汤对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛血瘀证患者临床疗效。方法将2016年1月至2017年1月收治入院的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛血瘀证患者100例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,观察两组临床治疗效果及血管活性物质和炎症因子比较。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的临床症状疗效总有效率分别为70.83%、80.76%,心电图疗效总有效率分别为68.75%、78.85%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组ET-1、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP、Hcy及内脂素水平均显著下降,而NO、IL-10水平均显著升高,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养心汤能提高常规治疗法对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛血瘀证患者临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yang Xin Tang on patients with unstable angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome. Methods 100 patients with unstable angina pectoris and blood stasis admitted to hospital from January 2016 to January 2017, randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The clinical effects, the comparison of vasoactive substances and inflammatory factors in two groups are observed. Results After treatment, the clinical total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group are 70.83 % and 80.76 %, the total effective rate of ECG are 68.75 % and 78.85 %, the difference between the two groups is statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. The levels of ET-1, IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP, Hcy and visfatin decreased significantly in both groups, the NO and IL-10 levels are significantly increased, the same group before and after treatment are statistically significant differences（P〈 0.05）. The treatment group improved significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups is statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Yang Xin Tang can improve the clinical effect of conventional therapy on patients with unstable angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome.
