县域旅游行政管理体制改革研究——以浙江省为例

Research on county tourism administration system reform:Case study of Zhejiang Province

随着大众旅游的快速兴起和持续发展,县域旅游业发展日益呈现市场化、融合化、全域化的新态势。为了打造旅游经济转型升级版,县域旅游行政管理体制迫切需要改革。从我国县域旅游行政管理体制改革的相关研究出发,分析了浙江省县域旅游行政管理体制改革的现状、创新举措及积极成效,并提出了县域旅游行政管理体制改革的对策建议:增强决策职能协调,创新管理方式方法,规范旅游市场监管职能,提供旅游公共产品和服务,发挥旅游市场营销作用。

With the rapid rise and continuous development of mass tourism,the county tourism industry is increasingly showing a new trend of integration,globalization and marketization.In order to create a transformation and upgrading version of tourism economy,the county tourism administration system is in urgent need of reform.This article starts from the theoretical overview of tourism administration system reform,analyzes the reform status,innovative measures and positive effect of county tourism administration system reform in Zhejiang Province.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for the reform of county tourism administration system：to strengthen the coordination of decision-making function,to innovate management methods,to regulate the tourism market supervision function,to provide public products and services of tourism and to make good use of tourism marketing.
