鼓室成形术加自体听骨链重建治疗慢性中耳炎

Tympanoplasty and Reconstruction of Autologous Ossicular Chain for Chronic Otitis Media

目的分析鼓室成形术加自体听骨链重建治疗慢性中耳炎的临床效果。方法选2016年10月—2017年11月在该院进行就诊的慢性中耳炎患者60例作为观察对象,所有患者均实施鼓室成形术加自体听股链重建治疗方式对患者进行治疗,随访24个月,观察60例患者的临床治疗效果。结果对60例患者随访期间,发现有胆脂瘤复发的患者有4例,所占比例为6.7%。气骨导差20 d B的患者有24例,所占比例为40.0%。所有患者并未出现并发症症状。治愈的患者有56例,所占比例为93.3%,未治愈的有4例,比例为6.7%。结论慢性中耳炎采取鼓室成形术加自体听骨链重建治疗,能够有效提高临床治疗效果,保证治疗过程当中安全度,值得临床推广与运用。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effect of tympanoplasty plus autologous ossicular chain reconstruction in the treatment of chronic otitis media. Methods 60 patients with chronic otitis media who were treated in the hospital from October 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the observation subjects. All patients underwent tympanoplasty and autonomic hearing reconstruction, and were followed up for 24 months. 60 cases of patients with clinical treatment were compared. Results During follow-up of 60 patients, there were 4 patients with cholesteatoma recurrence, accounting for 6.7%. 24 patients had a 20 d B difference in trachea, accounting for 40.0%. All patients did not show symptoms of complications. There were 56 cases of cured patients, the proportion of 93.3%. 4 cases were not cured, the ratio was 6.7%. Conclusion The treatment of chronic otitis media with tympanoplasty plus autologous ossicular chain reconstruction can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and ensure the safety during treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
