老年性瓣膜退行性病变的超声诊断效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Senile Valve Degeneration

目的探讨老年性瓣膜退行性病变的超声诊断效果评价。方法选取该院2015年8月—2016年8月收治的老年心脏瓣膜退行性病变患者36例作为观察组,同时选取36名心脏健康的老年人作为对照组。所有老年人均使用多普勒超声诊断。两组患者进行瓣环、瓣叶的超声诊断及主动脉和二尖瓣钙化情况的对比。结果通过对比,心脏瓣膜退行性病变患者的超声指标在瓣环和瓣叶上显著高于健康人,且年龄高于75岁的患者二尖瓣和主动脉钙化部位47.1%显著多于年龄低于75岁二尖瓣和主动脉钙化部位26.3%的患者。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用多普勒超声仪对老年心脏瓣膜退行性疾病进行诊断,以超声仪相关数据来判断瓣膜是否出现异常,从而使诊断结果更加直观。

Objective This paper tries to evaluate the effect of ultrasonographic diagnosis of senile valve degeneration.Methods 36 elderly patients with heart valve degeneration were enrolled in this study from August 2015 to August2016, and 36 elderly patients with healthy heart were selected as the control group. All elderly people were diagnosed using Doppler ultrasound. The results of the valve ring, valve leaf and aortic and mitral calcification between the two groups were compared. Results By contrast, patients with valvular degenerative heart disease in patients with ultrasound index was significantly higher in the annulus and valve leaflets than healthy people, and older than 75 years of age patients with mitral valve and aortic calcification 47.1%, significantly more than 75 years of age 26.3% of patients with aged mitral and aortic calcifications. There was significant statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Doppler ultrasonography is used to diagnose senile heart valve degeneration disease, and the data of the ultrasound system are used to judge whether the valve is abnormal, so that the diagnosis result is more intuitive.
