经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的手术的效果分析

Transurethral Resection of the Bladder Tumor for the Treatment of Superficial Bladder Cancer an Effect Analysis

目的研究经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床效果,并分析术后复发情况。方法选取该院2014年8月—2016年10月期间所收治的78例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者作为此次研究对象,所有入院患者均行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术,并在手术后给予患者吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗,观察患者的手术情况以及术后恢复情况。结果 78例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者手术均一次性成功,未出现大出血等手术后综合征,对患者手术后进行6~12个月的随访,有5例患者复发,约占比例为6.41%,患者再次行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗,术后随访后,无一例复发。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术应用在浅表性膀胱肿瘤治疗中的临床疗效显著,能够有效缩短患者的手术时间,且具有创伤小、恢复快的特点,很大程度减少了患者的痛苦,值得临床推广应用。

Objectives This paper tries to study the clinical effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumor on superficial bladder tumor and to analyze the recurrence after operation. Methods A total of 78 patients with superficial bladder tumor who were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to October 2016 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor and were treated with Pirarubicin Than Star bladder irrigation treatment, observation of patients with surgery and postoperative recovery. Results 78 cases of superficial bladder cancer patients were operated successfully in one time without postoperative syndrome such as hemorrhage. The patients were followed up for 6～12 months after surgery. Five patients relapsed, accounting for 6.41% Transurethral resection of bladder tumor resection treatment, after follow-up, no case of recurrence. Conclusion Transurethral resection of the bladder tumor in the treatment of superficial bladder tumors in the treatment of significant clinical efficacy can effectively shorten the operation time of patients with trauma and rapid recovery characteristics, greatly reducing the patient＇s pain, and it is worth clinical promote the application.
