前牙口腔美学修复的临床探讨

目的分析前牙口腔美学修复的临床治疗方式与应用价值。方法将2016年1—11月于该院实施前牙口腔修复治疗的106例患者视为分析对象,将其按照个人意愿纳入实验组(n=)与参照组(n=53)。为两组患者均实施全瓷冠修复治疗,参照组应用常规修复的方法,实验组应用美学修复的方法,比较两组患者治疗后的功能舒适度及治疗后的满意情况。结果实验组患者治疗后功能舒适率为98.11%,参照组患者治疗后功能舒适率为96.23%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者治疗后总体满意率为98.11%,与参照组患者治疗后总体满意率86.79%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前牙口腔美学修复治疗,能够在保证患者前牙口腔功能舒适度的基础上,提升患者的治疗满意率。

Objective This paper tries to analyse clinical treatment of front teeth oral aesthetic repair methods and application value. Methods 106 cases of dental prosthetic treatment prior to implementation of patients from January,2016 to November, 2016 in this hospital were selected as analysis object, in accordance with the personal willingness into the experimental group（n=53）and control group（n=53）. For two groups of patients were all porcelain crown restoration treatment, the control group used the conventional repair method, experimental group applied aesthetic repair method, comparing the function of the two groups after treatment in patients with comfort and satisfaction after treatment. Results The experimental group after treatment in patients with functional and comfortable rate was 98.11%, the control group after treatment in patients with functional and comfortable rate was 96.23%, the difference is not significant between groups（P〉0.05）. Experimental group patients after treatment the overall satisfaction rate was 98.11%,compared with the control group patients after treatment the overall satisfaction rate 86.79% difference to be markedly,numerical comparison with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of anterior teeth aesthetics can improve the patient＇s satisfaction rate on the basis of ensuring the comfort of the anterior teeth.
