降钙素原与C-反应蛋白联合检测对细菌感染患者的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨降钙素原与C-反应蛋白联合检测对细菌感染患者的应用效果。方法该次研究选取该院2016年10月—2017年11月收治的55例细菌感染患者为研究组,选取同时期的55例未感染患者为对照组,分别抽取两组患者的外周静脉血进行检测,对此分析两组患者的检测结果。结果研究组患者血清中降钙素原与C-反应蛋白的阳性检测率分别为92.73%、83.64%;血清中降钙素原与C-反应蛋白浓度分别为(6.67±1.45)ng/mL、(44.20±7.25)mg/L,均高于对照组的相关检测结果 ,对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=32.50、29.35,t=10.26、28.73,P<0.05);研究组患者在治疗后,血清中降钙素原与C-反应蛋白浓度较治疗前呈显著下降趋势,治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降钙素原与C-反应蛋白联合检测对细菌感染患者的应用效果显著,值得临床继续应用推广。 Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of Procalcitonin and C-reactive protein on the application of bacterial infection. Methods The study selected 55 cases of bacterial infection in the hospital from October2016 to November 2017. 55 patients were selected as control group, and the peripheral venous blood of two groups were detected. The results of the two groups were analyzed. Results The positive detection rate of Procalcitonin and Creactive protein in the serum of the study group was 92.73% and 83.64%. The concentrations of Procalcitonin and Creactive protein in serum were respectively(6.67 ±1.45) ng/mL, and(44.20 ±7.25) mg/L. The results were higher than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(cm^2=32.50, 29.35,t=10.26, 28.73, P〈0.05). After treatment, the concentration of Procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in serum decreased significantly before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of Procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in patients with bacterial infection was significant and it is worthy of clinical application.
