摘要
目的建立测定平痤合剂含量的方法。方法在院内采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Agi Lent Eclipse XDBC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水:磷酸(47:53:0.2,V/V),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长为280 nm,对2016年3—8月配制的6个批次的平痤合剂进行了分析。结果黄芩苷在12.0~240.0μg/mL(r=1),浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.7%;RSD为1.44%(n=9)。结论该方法简便,准确,专属性强,稳定性高,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective This paper tries to establish a method for determination of the quantity of active ingredient in Pingcuo Mixture. Methods In the hospital, RP-HPLC method with an Agi Lent Eclipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used in this experiment. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, column temperature was 30℃ and the wavelength was 280 nm. Six batches of acne mixture prepared from March to August, 2016 were analyzed. Results Baicalin, in the range of 12.0~240.0 μg/mL(r=1), showed a good linear corelation. The average recovery was 98.7%, with a RSD of1.44%(n=9). Conclusion The established HPLC method is simple, accurate which has a good repeatability that can be used for the quality control of Pingcuo Mixture.
