阶段性健康教育在择期剖宫产孕产妇中实施的效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较择期剖宫产孕产妇中实施阶段性健康教育与常规护理的效果差异,探讨阶段性健康教育的临床价值。方法 2017年1—6月该院实施常规护理的120名择期剖宫产孕产妇作为对照组,2017年6—12月实施阶段性持续健康教育124名择期剖宫产孕产妇为观察组,对照组采用产科常规护理;观察组分阶段进行健康教育。观察指标包括孕产妇健康教育掌握程度评分、治疗护理依从性、剖宫产术后肛门排气时间;下床活动的时间;母乳喂养;护理满意程度。结果观察组孕产妇健康教育评分(46.23±1.43)分、治疗护理依从97.58%、母乳喂养83.87%、护理满意98.39%高于对照组的(38.12±4.24)分、90.00%、75.00%、93.33%(t=3.16、χ~2=4.64、9.15、4.04,P<0.05);观察组术后肛门恢复排气时间(23.45±6.12)h、下床活动的时间(27.34±3.13)h短于对照组的(30.23±7.13)h、(32.86±4.02)h(t=4.28、3.04,P<0.05)。结论阶段性持续健康教育能增强孕产妇对剖宫产知识了解,提高医嘱依从性,术后肛门恢复排气、下床活动早,母乳喂养率上升,护理满意度也随之增加,提高了产科护理质量。 Objective To compare the difference of the effect of phase health education and routine nursing in pregnant and lying in pregnant women of cesarean section, and to explore the clinical value of the stage health education.Methods The implementation of routine care in January to June 2017 120 cases of obstetric cesarean section in pregnant women as the control group, June to December 2017 the implementation phase of obstetric health education in 124 cases of cesarean section in pregnant women as the observation group, the control group using routine obstetric care.Observation group stage health education.The indicators included maternal health education, the degree of treatment and nursing compliance, the time of anal exhaust after cesarean section, the time of getting out of bed, breastfeeding,and the satisfaction degree of nursing. Result The observation group pregnant and lying iwomen health education score(46.23±1.43)points, treatment and nursing compliance 97.58%, breastfeeding 83.87%, nursing satisfaction 98.39% higher than the control group(38.12±4.24)points, 90.00%,75.00%,93.33%(t=3.16,cm^2=4.64, 9.15, 4.04,P〈0.05);After the operation, the anus resumed the exhaust time(23.45±6.12)h, The time of going out of bed(27.34±3.13)h short that of the control group(30.23±7.13)h,(32.86±4.02)h(t=4.28, 3.04,P〈0.05). Conclusion Periodic continuous health education can enhance the knowledge of cesarean section, improve the compliance of doctors, restore the air after the anus, get out of bed early, increase the breastfeeding rate, and increase the nursing satisfaction, and improve the quality of obstetric care.
