中医康复护理对脑梗死患者生活质量和焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing on Quality of Life and Anxiety and Depression of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨中医康复护理对脑梗死患者生活质量和焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取2016年11月—2017年11月该院神经科收治的脑梗死患者84例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组42例和对照组42例,对照组采用传统护理方法护理,观察组加以中医康复护理,比较两组护理后的生活质量、护理前后心理状态评分和NIHSS评分,并统计患者护理满意度。结果观察组生活质量总评分、SAS评分、SDS评分和NIHSS分分别为(7.88±1.29)分、(26.83±3.56)分、(28.35±2.74)分、(5.35±1.38)分,均显著优于对照组的(6.06±1.25)分、(37.62±3.18)分、(38.46±3.28)分、(6.35±1.43)分(t=6.566,15.330,11.125,3.261,P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意率为95.24%,与对照组的80.95%比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.735,P<0.05)。结论给予脑梗死患者中医康复护理可显著改善患者的神经功能,提高患者生活质量,改善患者不良心理情绪,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of TCM rehabilitation nursing on quality of life and anxiety and depression in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 84 patients with cerebral infarction admitted from Department of Neurology in this hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as research object and were randomly divided into observation group（n=42） and control group（n=42）, quality of life of the two groups after nursing,the psychological status before and after nursing and the NIHSS score were compared, and the patient satisfaction was calculated. Results The total quality of life score, SAS score, SDS score and NIHSS score of the observation group were（7.88 ±1.29）points,（26.83 ±3.56）points,（28.35 ±2.74）points and（5.35 ±1.38）points respectively, significantly better than the control group of（6.06 ±1.25）points,（37.62 ±3.18） points,（38.46 ±3.28）points and（6.35 ±1.43）points respectively（t =6.566, 15.330, 11.125, 3.261, P〈0.05）; satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.24%, which was significantly different from that of the control group 80.95%（cm^2=9.735, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients given cerebral infarction rehabilitation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the patient＇s neurological function, improve patient quality of life, improve patients with bad mood, improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
