补肾健脾化湿降浊法对腹膜透析患者影响的临床探讨

Clinical Study on Effect of Bushen Jianpi Haushi Jiangzhuo Method on Patients with Peritoneal Dialysis

目的探究补肾健脾化湿降浊法对腹膜透析患者的影响。方法选取2016年8月—2017年6月在该院接受腹膜透析的50例终末期肾病患者作为分析对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组,两组均25例,对照组患者给予规律腹膜透析配合慢性肾脏病一体化治疗,治疗组患者给予规律腹膜透析配合慢性肾脏病一体化治疗联合补肾健脾化湿降浊汤治疗,观察检测两组患者治疗前后的临床症状及指标等,综合评定治疗效果。结果治疗组腹膜透析患者一般状态改善明显,症状、体征改善明显,24 h尿量增多,血红蛋白(Hb)为(91.16±20.16)g/L、血清白蛋白(ALB)为(59.56±2.19)g/L、肌酐清除率(Ccr)为(62.54±10.28)m L/min,与对照组相较差异有统计学意义(t=6.98、8.13、6.54,P<0.05),腹膜尿素氮清除指数水平(k T/V)为(2.02±0.41),与对照组相较差异有统计学意义(t=7.23,P<0.05),尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐水平稳定(Scr),两组之间的各项指标相较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹膜透析患者应用补肾健脾化湿降浊法可以改善患者的临床症状、保护残肾功能、提高患者的生活质量,有很好的临床应用效果,值得应用与推广。

Objective To study the effect of bushen jianpi haushi jiangzhuo method on patients with peritoneal dialysis. Methods 50 cases of end stage renal disease patients with peritoneal dialysis in our hospital from August 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the analysis objects and divided into two groups with 25 cases in each according to different treatment methods, the control group used the regular peritoneal dialysis and chronic renal disease, while the treatment group used the regular peritoneal dialysis and chronic renal disease and bushen jianpi haushi jiangzhuo method, and the clinical symptoms and indicators before and after treatment were observed and the treatment effect was comprehensively evaluated. Results The improvement of general state of patients with peritoneal dialysis in the treatment group was obvious, and the improvement of symptoms and body signs was obvious, and 24 h urine volume increased, and hemoglobin（Hb） was（91.16±20.16）g/L, serum albumin （ALB） was（59.56±2.19）g/L, the clearance rate of ereatinine（Cer） was （62.54±10.28）mL/min,differenees are statistically signifieant（t=6.98,8.13,6.54,P〈0.05） compared with that in the control group, and the level of peritoneal urea nitrogen clearance index（kT/V） was （2.02±0.41）,difference are statistically significant （t=7.23,P〈0.05） compared with that in the control group, and the levels of urea nitrogen （BUN） and serum ereatinine （Ser） were steady, and the differences in various indicators between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The bushen jianpi haushi jiangzhuo method in patients with peritoneal dialysis can improve the clinical symptoms, protect the residual renal function and improve the quality of life of patients, and the clinical application effect is better, and it is worth application and promotion.
