氨磺必利与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症疗效和安全性对照研究

Comparative Study on Curative Effect and Safety of Amisulpride and Risperidone in Treatment of First Episode Schizophrenia

目的分析手法精神分裂症患者临床治疗中利培酮、氨磺必利联合用药下取得的效果。方法取医院2016年3月—2017年3月收治的首发精神分裂症患者78例,利用随机数字分组法分为对照组与观察组各39例,分别给予利培酮、氨磺必利治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗效果与用药安全性。结果治疗有效率上,观察组与对照组分别为94.87%(37/39)、92.31%(36/39),两组患者对比差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.21,P=0.64)。PANSS减分情况观察,阳性减分结果差异无统计学意义(t=0.16,P=0.15)。阴性减分两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(t=1.63,P=0.01),一般病理减分两组患者对比差异有统计学意义(t=2.25,P=0.02)。对照组与观察组不良反应发生率分别为20.51%(8/39)、5.13%(2/39),两组患者对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.12,P=0.04)。结论首发精神分裂症患者临床治疗中,利培酮、氨磺必利应用下均可取得显著效果,但氨磺必利用药下患者不良反应发生率较低,且阴性症状改善明显,应在临床实践中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of amisulpride and risperidone in treatment of first episode schizophrenia.Methods 78 cases of patients with first episode schizophrenia in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each, respectively treated with amisulpride and risperidone, and the treatment effect and medication safety of the two groups were observed. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 94.87%（37/39）,92.31%（36/39）, and the difference between the two groups was not obvious（χ~2=0.21,P=0.64）, and there was no obvious difference in the positive decrease results of PANSS（t=0.16,P=0.15）, with statistical significance（t=1.63,P=0.01）, and the difference in the general pathological decrease score between the two groups was statistically significant（t=2.25,P=0.02）, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group and in the observation group was respectively 20.51%（8/39）,5.13%（2/39）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=4.12,P=0.04）. Conclusion The amisulpride and risperidone in treatment of first episode schizophrenia can obtain an obvious effect, with lower incidence rate of adverse reactions, which can obviously improve the negative symptoms, and it should be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
