无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭疗效探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭疗效探析。方法选取该院2016年6月—2017年6月收治的90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,分为对照组与实验组,对照组常规治疗,实验组结合无创呼吸机治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果实验组治疗有效率95.55%,对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=18.789,P=0.000<0.05);实验组患者二氧化碳指标低于对照组,动脉血氧分压指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.044、12.698,P=0.025、0.026<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床治疗中,采用无创呼吸机治疗,能增强治疗效果,改善患者临床症状。 Objective To study the curative effect of noninvasive ventilation in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and respiration failure. Methods 90 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and respiration failure admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into two groups, the control group used the routine therapy, while the experimental group used the noninvasive ventilation for treatment, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively 95.55% and 73.33%, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=18.789, P=0.000〈 0.05), and the CO2 in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the Pa O in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant,(t=12.044, 12.698, P=0.025, 0.026,〈0.05). Conclusion The noninvasive ventilation in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and respiration failure can increase the treatment effect and improve the clinical symptoms.
