摘要
目的分析慢病补餐糊治疗2型糖尿病的方法及其效果。方法选择2016年4月—2017年4月该科门诊2型糖尿病患者,从中筛选出符合该研究标准的样本80例,随机分为对照组40例(常规口服降糖西药)和观察组40例(予该科自制纯中医的慢病早餐糊治疗),记录两组治疗效果,并就治疗效果展开比较分析。结果与对照组的治疗总有效率(75.0%)相比,观察组治疗总有效率(92.5%)明显更高,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及Hb A1c水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组分别为(9.45±2.37)mmol/L、(12.03±1.62)mmol/L、(8.53±2.08)%,观察组分别为(9.39±2.41)mmol/L、(12.15±1.73)mmol/L、(8.67±2.14)%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及Hb A1c水平分别为(4.96±1.07)mmol/L、(6.35±1.20)mmol/L、(5.46±1.23)%,对照组分别为(6.48±1.26)mmol/L、(7.07±1.43)mmol/L、(6.91±1.64)%则明显更优(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为5.0%,明显高于对照组的27.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢病补餐糊治疗2型糖尿病效果明显,治疗后患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均有所降低或达正常,临床症状有明显的改善,无明显不良反应,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the method and effect of chronic disease supplementary meal paste in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 80 cases of outpatients with type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from April2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group took the routine hypoglycemic western medicines orally, and the observation group were treated with self-made chronic disease meal paste, and the treatment effect was recorded, and the treatment effect was compared and analyzed. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(75.0% vs92.5%), and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05), and the differences in the fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose and Hb A1 c level between the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P〉0.05), respectively(9.45±2.37)mmol/L,(12.03±1.62)mmol/L,(8.53±2.08)% in the control group and(9.39±2.41)mmol/L,(12.15 ±1.73)mmol/L,(8.67 ±2.14)% in the observation group, without statistically significant(P〉 0.05), after treatment, the fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, and Hb A1 c level in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group [(4.96 ±1.07)mmol/L,(6.35 ±1.20)mmol/L,(5.46 ±1.23)% vs(6.48 ±1.26)mmol/L,(7.07±1.43)mmol/L,(6.91±1.64)%](P〈0.05), and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(5.0% vs 27.5%), with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of chronic disease supplementary meal paste in treatment of type 2 diabetes is obvious, after treatment, the blood glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin levels decrease or return to normal, and the clinical symptoms is obviously improved, without obvious adverse reactions, and it is worth promotion.
