检测降钙素原及超敏C-反应蛋白在新生儿感染的临床价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨在新生儿感染中检测超敏C反应蛋白和降钙素原的临床意义。方法将该院2015年9月—2016年11月期间所收治的68例新生儿感染患儿作为该次研究对象,对其进行回顾性分析,根据患儿的病情程度分为两组,重症感染组与局部感染组,每组各34例,另外选取同期的32例非感染新生儿作为对照组,对三组新生儿进行降钙素原与超敏C反应蛋白检测,对比分析3组患儿的检测结果。结果重症感染组的超敏C反应蛋白(13.42±3.63)mg/L与降钙素原(25.74±4.59)ng/L水平明显高于局部感染组[(2.19±0.99)mg/L、6.62±0.61)ng/L]和对照组[(0.51±0.13)mg/L、6.62±0.61)ng/L],且局部感染组显著高于对照组,三组之间差异有统计学意义(t=19.1111,26.440 2,22.757 9,26.440 2,P<0.05)。结论新生儿感染早期检测超敏C反应蛋白与降钙素原对新生儿感染患儿具有非常重要的临床价值,可以推广应用。 Objective To study the clinical significance of procalcitonin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the infection of newborns. Methods 68 cases of newborns with infection admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2015 to November 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 34 cases in each, the severe infection group and local infection group, and 32 cases of non-infection newborns at the same period were selected as the control group, and the procalcitonin and hypersensitive c-reactive protein were tested, and the test results were compared between the three groups. Results The hypersensitive c-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the severe infection group were obviously higher than those in the local infection group and in the control group [(13.42±3.63)mg/L,(25.74±4.59)ng/L vs(2.19±0.99)mg/L,(6.62±0.61)ng/L,(0.51±0.13)mg/L,(6.62±0.61)ng/L], and the indicators in the local infection group was obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious, with statistical significance(t=19.111 1,26.440 2,22.757 9, 26.440 2, all P〈0.05). Conclusion The procalcitonin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the infection of newborns is of very important clinical value, which can be promoted and applied.
