摘要
目的探讨流动树脂和玻璃离子垫底+复合树脂充填即夹层技术修复深楔状缺损的临床效果。方法选取杭州市萧山区中医院口腔科2014年1月—2015年6月共计45例患者90颗同名前磨牙为研究对象,随机分为A组(n=45)和B组(n=45),即A组:使用Z350流动树脂修复;B组:Z350复合树脂+玻璃离子修复。以修复体色泽的协调性、边缘着色、边缘密合、继发龋、表面形态、固位情况、牙髓反应7项指标为评价标准。结果经2年随访观察,A组成功率81.08%,B组成功率91.89%,经χ~2检验,A、B组差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.85,P>0.05)。结论使用流动树脂充填楔状缺损可以达到夹层技术相近的治疗效果,但它操作更简便,值得推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of resin flow and sandwich technique in repairing the deep wedgeshaped ditch. Methods 90 premolars in the same name of 45 cases of patients in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the group A used the Z350 resin flow for repair, while the group B used the Z350 compound resin and glass-ionomer for repair,and the color coordination, edge coloring, edge closure, secondary caries, surface morphology, retention, and pulp reaction of the prosthesis were evaluated. Results The 2-year follow-up showed that the successful rate in the group A and in the group B was respectively 81.08% and 91.89%, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant, after the square test(χ2=1.85,P〉0.05). Conclusion The resin flow filling in the wedge-shaped ditch can obtain the similar treatment effect of sandwich technique, and the operation is simpler, which is worth promotion and application.
